Most single-storey homes land between $250 and $320, and double-storey between $300 and $550, depending on roof size, pitch and access. You get a fixed price in writing before we book — it doesn't change on the day.
Twice a year is the general rule for Sydney. If you have gum trees or pines overhanging the roof, every three to four months is safer — that's the debris that causes overflow and ember risk.
No. As long as we have side access we can complete the job and send you the before and after photos plus an invoice when we're finished. Plenty of our work is for owners who are interstate or overseas.
Yes — $20M public liability, and every technician holds a working-at-heights certification. We're happy to send certificates of currency to strata managers or agents on request.
It's bagged and taken away with us. We don't blow it onto your roof, your garden or your neighbour's yard, and we hose down any run-off marks before we leave.
